49 Introducing main applications
Deleting item(s)
• To delete a folder/file, tap the triangle on the right of the desired folder, and select Delete.
• To delete more than one item, tap and hold any of the files in the list until a checkbox is
displayed for each file. Alternatively, tap > Select item on the bottom-right of the file list.
Check the desired items and tap .
Sorting the files
1. In BenQ Cloud, tap > Settings.
2. Tap Sort list by and select a preferred way of sorting.
Sharing files on BenQ cloud server
You can share the files with friends by sending the particular file or the file link through e-mail
or other supported web-based services displayed in the list. Available services may vary
depending on the product supplied for your region.
The procedures differ by the service used for sharing. The following describes the procedures
through e-mail.
1. Tap a file to be shared and tap Share link from the option menu displayed.
Alternatively, tap (to share the file link only) or (to send the file as attachment) on
the top-right corner of the screen if available.
2. Select an e-mail service provider.
3. Input the e-mail address, the subject, and the content.
4. Tap SEND on the top-right corner of the screen to send the e-mail.
Once the e-mail is received, open the attached file or click the link to view the shared file.
Downloading files from BenQ cloud server (available for offline files
only)
1. Tap to switch to offline view.
2. Tap a file to be shared and tap Export from the option menu displayed.
3. Choose to save the file to the local device (i.e. your smart display).
Browser

You can view and access web sites through browser.
Opening browser
1. Tap Browser on the home screen to enter the browser.
You must establish the Internet connection before use.
