• Tap to switch to offline view (available with or without network connection).
• Tap to switch back to online view (with network connection enabled).
Viewing files online
1. Make sure the smart display is connected to the Internet.
2. Tap to view all the files uploaded to BenQ cloud server.
3. Tap a desired file from the file list on the cloud server.
4. Tap on the top-left corner of the screen to hide the file list.
5. Slide across the screen to the left/right to view the previous/next file in the same folder.
Viewing files offline
You need to select the files to be viewed offline first while the network connection is still
available.
1. Make sure the smart display is connected to the Internet.
2. Tap to view all the files uploaded to BenQ cloud server.
3. Select the files to be viewed offline. For images, tap on the top-right corner of the
screen to save a file to the local device (e.g. your smart display) temporarily.
For other file types, select a file and tap Offline from the option menu displayed.
4. Without network connection, tap to view the selected files offline.
Managing files on BenQ cloud server
Once the files are uploaded to BenQ cloud server, you can create folders to manage the files,
or delete them.
Creating a new folder
1. Tap on the bottom of the file list to create a new folder.
2. Name the folder, and save with
OK. The folder is added to the file list.
3. To add files to the new folder, tap and hold any of the file in the list until a checkbox is
displayed for each file.
Alternatively, tap > Select item on the bottom-right of the file list.
4. Check to select the file(s) to be moved, and tap .
To select all items, tap on the top of the file list and tap Select all.
5. Select the desired folder, and confirm with
OK. It may take a while to complete the
process.
To rename a folder/file, tap the triangle on the right of the desired folder, and select Rename.
