47 Introducing main applications
BenQ Cloud
> BenQ Cloud
Sign in BenQ Cloud with your BenQ account to obtain free storage space up to 2 GB on the
BenQ cloud server. You can view, manage, and share the files on the cloud server.
1. Input your BenQ account and password. See Creating your BenQ account for BenQ
services on page 43 for more information.
2. Tap Sign In.
Uploading files to BenQ cloud server
1. Enter the folder that you want to upload the files to.
2. Tap to select a storage device. All the files stored on the smart display and the
connected storage devices can be uploaded.
3. Scroll up or down the list or tap the arrow next to each folder for the files to be stored
on the BenQ cloud server.
4. Check the files to be uploaded, and tap
Upload. It may take a while to complete the
upload process.
Viewing files online and offline
Once the files are uploaded, you can view the files online (network connection required) or
offline (network disconnected) if appropriate applications are installed.
• Files uploaded by BenQ Cloud and Family Board are stored on different server space and are not synced.
• Available options may vary depending on the file type.
To check the available space on the cloud server, you can do one of the following:
• Tap to check Usage on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
• Go to >
Settings > Account & sync. Tap your BenQ account (with a BenQ logo next your e-mail
address), and tap
Account Info.
