43 Creating your BenQ account for BenQ services
Creating your BenQ account for BenQ services
A BenQ account is required to obtain cloud services provided by BenQ. You can have one
BenQ account only for a BenQ product. If you have launched any of the BenQ cloud services
on the smart display and logged in successfully for the first time, your BenQ account is created.
Main services that require BenQ account are:
• BenQ Cloud. See BenQ Cloud on page 47 for more information.
• Family Board. See Family Board on page 56 for more information.
Tap to launch the application. You are requested to input your e-mail address. The first e-mail
address used to log in becomes your BenQ account.
Checking the available space on the BenQ servers
Depending on the applications and services, you may be provided with free storage space on
different BenQ servers.
1. Go to > Settings > Account & sync.
2. If you have signed in BenQ Cloud, your BenQ account is created automatically in
Settings > Account & sync.
If you haven’t signed in BenQ Cloud, you need to create your BenQ account manually in
Settings > Account & sync in order to find the account information.
Tap your BenQ account (with a BenQ logo next your e-mail address), and tap Account
Info
. Check the available space for the BenQ cloud services and Family Board.
Synchronizing with your Google Account
You must sign in your Google Account to enjoy the Google services on your smart display,
such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and other Google applications, or back up your settings to
Google servers.
You can download more applications from the online application store.
To view the account information and sync settings, go to >
Settings > Accounts & sync.
