29 The Home screens
The Home screens
You will enter the main Home screen after you have completed the first-time startup
procedure. By default, there are 3 or 4 Home screens (depending on the product supplied for
your region), and the main Home screen includes Video Widget. You can add new Home
screens or manage applications and widgets to be accessed from the Home screens. You can
have up to 9 Home screens.
Each of the Home screen includes two parts:
• application shortcuts and widgets that may vary depending to the product supplied for your
region. See Introducing main applications on page 45 for more information.
• navigation buttons (on the bottom-left part of the screen), the docking, status bar, and Home
screen shortcuts that are permanent.
