The display features various proprietary apps to create, manage, or play captivating digital
signage content to instantaneously engage your customers.
Application Name Description
X-Sign ()
Serves as a digital signage content management
system that provides multiple templates and
remote scheduling through the Internet. Refer
to X-Sign on page 54 for more information.
File ()
Manages your photos, music, or video files.
Refer to File on page 55 for more information.
InstaShare ()
Allows screen mirroring and touch control for
collaborative meetings. InstaShare is not pre-
installed. You need to download InstaShare
via BenQ Suggest. Refer to File on page 55
for more information.
BenQ Suggest ()
Allows you to download recommended apps.
Refer to BenQ Suggest on page 62 for more
information.
WPS Office ()
Allows you to read PDF files or edit files
created in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or
Excel. Refer to WPS Office on page 63 for
more information.
DMS Client ()
Allows remote management, configuration, and
monitoring of the display.
X-Sign Broadcast ()
Serves as a wireless broadcast system that
allows immediate message delivery as well as
group notification. X-Sign Broadcast is not
pre-installed. You need to download it via
BenQ Suggest. Refer to BenQ Suggest on
page 62 for more information.
