Call options
(Only if the clamshell is open)
The following functions are only
available during a call:

Mute call/
Mute sound
The person on the other
end of the line cannot hear
you (muting).
Also: Press and hold

. Clamshell closed:
Press ¢/¡.
In video calls your video is
still shown on the other
end of the line.
Hands free
Call via the loudspeaker.
Upgrade to
vid/ Switch to
voice
Change the current voice
call to a video call or vice
versa. The current call is
ended and a new connec-
tion with the same partner
is established.

Transfer
phone
Switch the sound of the
current call to the headset
and back to the phone.
Add to
Contacts
Select To a new contact/
To exist. contact. Select
number type to store the
number in the contacts.
Confirm save notification
with C.
Not during video calls:
Hold call
Hold current call.
Swap
Swap between calls.
Conference
(see page 43)
Drop
End a call in a conference.
Private
Make private call in a
conference (see page 44).
Transfer
Connect two calls in a
conference and disconnect
oneself.
DTMF
Enter tone sequences
(numbers) for remote
inquiries to an answering
machine.
Only during video calls:
Mute video
The incoming video is mut-
ed and the video mute pic-
ture is sent (Select image,
page 131).
Pause inc./
Pause outg.
Pause the incoming video
(of the other party) or out-
going video (yours).
The menu entry changes
to Resume inc.
/Resume
outg.
Full/split
screen
Select the video presenta-
tion on your display (see
page 46).
