Once a call has already been
established:
§Options§ Open menu and select
Hold call. The current call
is put on hold.

Dial a new number. When
the new connection is
established …
§Options§ … open menu and select
Conference. The held call
is joined.
Repeat procedure until all partici-
pants are linked together.
Ending a conference
Ending all calls
µ Press.
Or (if the clamshell is open)
B
Press.
Or close the clamshell.
All calls in the multiparty conversa-
tion are ended.
Ending one call
(Only if the clamshell is open)
§Options§ Open menu and select
Drop. Then select the call
to be ended.
After the Return to conference call? dis-
play, you have the following options:
§Yes§ You return to the
conference.
§No§ You end all calls.
Private call
(Only if the clamshell is open)
You can remove a party from a con-
ference and make a private call to
that party while the conference is
put on hold.
§Options§ Open menu and select
Private. Then select the
entry for the private call.
You can swap between the private
call and the conference:
§Options§ Open menu and select
Swap.
When your private call is finished,
you have the following options:

End the private call and
return to the conference.
Or
§Options§ Open menu and select
Conference.
The private call is joined to the
conference again.
