You can enter events in the calendar.
The time and date must be set for
the calendar to work correctly.
AM/PM or 24 h display depends on
your settings (page 135).
The calendar offers you 3 views: dai-
ly, weekly and monthly. When you
switch the view, the current hour/
day/week is marked.
Daily view
Display events of the current day.
You can scroll from 12 AM to 11 PM.
A vertical line indicates the event du-
ration.

One day forward/back.

One hour forward/back.

Weekly view
Events are shown as vertical bars of
different colours on the horizontal
hour division. The first 2 upcoming
events for the current day are dis-
played below the calendar.

One day forward/back or
one week forward/back if
Monday or Saturday is
highlighted.

Forward/back one hour
through the day.
C
Display daily view for
highlighted day.
Monthly view
Events are shown as a horizontal line
at the bottom of the day slot. Week
numbers are displayed in the first
column. The first 2 upcoming events
for the current day are displayed be-
low the calendar.
F
One day forward/back
or one month forward/
back if first or last day is
highlighted.
I
One row up/down
or one month forward/
back if first or last row is
highlighted.
C
Display daily view for
highlighted day.
Birthdays are displayed with subject
"Birthday" in a single hour slot at the day
start time (page 103). If a birthday event
is highlighted, press
C to open the
contact.
