In the respective tabs:

Select required input fields.

Fill in input fields. The max-
imum number of characters
available is shown at the top
of the display.
At least one name or one
company must be entered.
Always enter phone number
with dialling code.

Open options menu and
select Save.
Viewing/editing entries

Switch between the
individual tabs.
I Select required entry.

View entry

Edit entry.
Distribution list
Distribution lists facilitate setting
up conference calls or sending messages
to several people at once (max. 250 lists,
in each list max. 100 contacts).
A contact can appear in several
distribution lists.
Create new distribution list
Tab All contacts is open:

Open options menu, select
New, then Distribution list

Enter a name and confirm.
The Distribution list is saved
to All contacts.
Adding a Contact/Distribution list/
Group
Contacts which are stored in the phone
directory are added to a distribution list
via All contacts. If a group or distribu-
tion list is selected as an entry, only
the contacts in this group or list are
adopted.
The distribution list is open:
<Add member>
Select.
F
Select All contacts or
Groups.
I
Select contact(s),
distribution list or group.
ì
Confirm. The contact(s) is
(are) added.
Synchronisation
The MPM (Mobile Phone Manager,
page 108) allows you to manage contacts
using PCs.
