OWNER’S MANUAL
READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE USING THIS AIRGUN! AND REMEMBER, THIS
AIRGUN IS NOT A TOY. TREAT IT WITH THE SAME RESPECT YOU WOULD A FIREARM.
YOU AND OTHERS WITH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WEAR SHOOTING GLASSES TO PROTECT YOUR EYES.
BUYER AND USER HAVE THE DUTY TO OBEY ALL LAWS REGARDING THE USE AND OWNERSHIP OF THIS
AIRGUN.
CAUTION: This airgun has been classied as an adult airgun. Adult airguns are exempt from performance require-
ments for trigger mechanisms, safety mechanisms and drop tests.
1. Safety First
• ALWAYS treat the airgun as though it is loaded and ready to re and with the same respect you
would a rearm.
• ALWAYS store the airgun unloaded.
• ALWAYS store the airgun away from children.
• ALWAYS aim in a SAFE DIRECTION.
• ALWAYS keep the muzzle of the airgun pointed in a SAFE DIRECTION.
• ALWAYS keep your nger off the trigger and out of the trigger guard until ready to shoot.
• ALWAYS keep the airgun “ON SAFE” until you are ready to shoot (see section 3A).
• ALWAYS check to see if the airgun is “ON SAFE” (see section 3A) and unloaded when getting it from
another person.
• ALWAYS have you and others wear shooting glasses to protect your eyes.
• ALWAYS wear shooting glasses over eye glasses if your reading or prescription glasses are not
safety glasses.
• ALWAYS place the backstop in a location that will be safe should the backstop fail.
• ALWAYS check your backstop for wear before and after each use. All backstops are subject to wear
and will eventually fail. Replace your backstop if the surface is worn or damaged, or if a ricochet
occurs.
• ALWAYS use the proper size pellet only in your airgun. Check the markings on your airgun to verify
the pellet size.
• NEVER reuse ammunition.
• NEVER shoot at hard surfaces or at the surface of water. The pellet may bounce off or ricochet and
hit someone or something you had not intended to hit.
• NEVER attempt to disassemble or tamper with your airgun. Use an Authorized Service Station.
Using unauthorized service or repair centers, or modifying the function of your airgun in any way,
may be unsafe and will void your warranty.
• NEVER point the airgun at any person or at anything you do not intend to shoot.
2. Learning the Parts of Your New Airgun
Learning the names of the parts of your airgun will help you understand your owner’s manual.

Break in Period
There may be up to a 250 shot break in period. During this
period accuracy may be inconsistent and your gun may
seem loud. This will improve as the gun breaks in.

3. Operating the Safety
A. To Put the Airgun “ON SAFE”:
• Locate the safety directly in front of the
trigger.
• Push the safety all the way in from the left
side so you no longer See the RED ring
around the safety on the left side of the
airgun. The airgun is now “ON SAFE” ( See
Fig. 3A).
CAUTION: Like all mechanical devices, an air-
gun safety can fail. Even when the safety is “ON
SAFE”, you should continue to handle the airgun
safely. NEVER point the airgun at any person. NEVER point the airgun at anything you do not intend to shoot.
B. To Take the Airgun “OFF SAFE”:
• Locate the safety directly in front of the trigger.
• Push the safety all the way out from the right side. When you can See the RED ring around the left side of the
safety, the airgun is “OFF SAFE” and can be red (See Fig. 3B).
4. Cocking, Loading and Unloading Your Airgun
A. Cocking Your Airgun
CAUTION: Do not cock your airgun until you are ready to load and re, since the only way to un-cock your airgun
is to re it. Firing your gun without a pellet in the chamber (dry ring) may cause damage to your airgun.

CAUTION: Make sure you do not pull the trigger while cocking the airgun or with the barrel in the down position.
This may cause serious damage to the air pistol.
• Put the airgun “ON SAFE” (See Section 3A).
• Point the airgun in a SAFE DIRECTION.
• Insert the muzzle into the cocking assist as shown in gure 4A making sure it snaps in place (See Fig. 4B).
• Holding the gun close to your body and parallel to the ground, rmly tap the muzzle (See Fig. 5A).
• Pull the barrel down as far as it will go to engage the piston (See Fig. 5B).
• Be careful not to pinch your hand or ngers in the hinge area of the airgun.

B. Loading Your Airgun
•With the barrel in the open position, after it has been cocked,
place one pellet, nose forward, into the breech (See Fig. 6). Make
sure that the skirt of the pellet is ush with face of breech.
•Move the barrel back to its original position by pushing the barrel
up until it locks.
•Be sure that the barrel is locked in the closed position after load-
ing/cocking.
C. Unloading Your Airgun
Fire the Pellet at a safe target to unload your airgun. If this is not prac-
tical, put the airgun “On Safe” (See Section 3A), break the barrel open slightly and push the pellet from the chamber
by running a cleaning rod through the muzzle end.
D. Removing a Jammed Pellet
• Put your airgun “ON SAFE” (Section 3A).
• Break the barrel open slightly (without pulling the barrel all the way down to the point that it cocks the action)
and look down the breech to See if the airgun is jammed.
• If it is jammed, insert a cleaning rod into the breech and push the jammed pellet out of the muzzle. Don’t try to
reuse that pellet.
• Do not cock the airgun during the removal of a jammed pellet.
• If you are not able to unjam your airgun by following the unloading procedure, take no further action. An Autho-
rized Service Station will unjam your airgun (See Special Customer Service note below).
5. Sight Adjustment
• Elevation is set by means of the rear sight-elevating dial situated
on the rear sight base. Turn the dial counterclockwise to make
the pellet hit higher on the target and turn the dial clockwise to
make the pellet hit lower on the target (See Fig. 7).
• Windage is set by turning the windage dial located on the right
side of the sight. Turn the dial counterclockwise to make the
pellet hit to the left on the target and turn the dial clockwise to
make the pellet hit to the right on the target.
6. Trigger Device
This airgun is equipped with a single stage adjustable trigger which is already
factory adjusted. Most shooters can use the factory settings and should not
need to make any modications. If you are not experienced in adjusting triggers,
leave the trigger as set at the factory, or Seek the help of an authorized service
station.
The Adjustment screw is located behind the trigger (See Fig. 8).
• To adjust the pull-off point of the trigger.
• Turn counterclockwise to increase the trigger travel.
• Turn clockwise to decrease the trigger travel.
7. Maintaining Your Airgun
• Periodically tighten all stock fasteners.
• Check and tighten scope mounts (If applicable).
• To ensure that your airgun maintains uniform power, it is important that you
apply a drop of Crosman RMCOIL every few hundred shots into the com-
pression chamber (See Fig. 9). Use a cloth with a few drops of RMCOIL on
it to clean external metal parts.
• If you drop your airgun, place the gun “ON SAFE”, and visually check to
See that no damage has occurred to the gun. If anything Seems changed,
like a shorter or weaker trigger pull, this may mean worn out or broken
parts. Call Crosman customer service for assistance before using your
airgun again.
• Work through the break in period. There may be up to a 250 shot break in
period. During this period, accuracy may be inconsistent and your airgun
may Seem loud. This will improve as the airgun breaks in.
CAUTION: Use Crosman RMCOIL only and do not over-oil. Overoiling may
cause possible damage to the airgun and injury to the shooter and bystanders.

REPAIR SERVICE
If your airgun needs repair, take or send it to your nearest Crosman Authorized Service Station. DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO DISASSEMBLE IT! Your airgun requires special tools and xtures to repair it. Any disassembly or modication
not performed by an Authorized Service Station will void the warranty.
SPECIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Crosman Authorized Service Stations will unjam your airgun at no cost during the warranty period.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
This product is warranted to the retail consumer for one year from date of retail purchase against defects in material
and workmanship and is transferable. To register the serial number of your airgun, please return the airgun registra-
tion form or register on line at www.crosman.com. The warranty is not conditioned on the return of the card. You
should retain the original sales receipt as record of date of purchase.

Transportation charges to Authorized Service Station for product. Damages caused by abuse, modication or

IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Any implied warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and tness for a particular purpose are
limited in the duration to one year from the date of retail purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations may not apply to you. To the extent any provision of this
warranty is prohibited by federal, state or municipal law, which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable. This
warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
