TEST CERTIFICATE
BENELLI ARMI S.p.A. declares that all its
products have been tested according to legal
requirements by the Italian national gun
testing establishment, “Banco Nazionale di
Prova”, as shown by the official marks
punched on the receiver and barrel.
CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY


Notice issued in compliance with Article 13 of
Legislative Decree 196/2003, the "Personal data protection law"
1. Personal data that you provide directly to Benelli Armi or that is
collected by Benelli Armi through authorised retailers/importers
will be used for the following purposes:
- the issue of a Certificate of Warranty for the product you have
purchased and provision of the technical assistance and ser-
vices connected with it, as described in the General
Conditions specified in the warranty;
- direct marketing (sales communications and advertising,
newsletters, direct sales, market research);
- consumer profiling by analysis of habits and product choices;
- statistical activities and market research.
2. Personal data will be processed using manual, automatic and
computerised methods by personnel expressly designated by
the Holder as Data Processing Officers and/or Data Managers.
3. Benelli Armi may divulge your personal data to controlling,
controlled and/or associated companies, and to companies that
provide Benelli Armi with specific services, e.g. data processing
companies delivering and managing IT services, companies and
studios providing Benelli Armi with services and consulting,
transport companies and carriers involved in the shipment of
goods and customs practices. Your personal data shall not
diffused further.
4. With your prior consent, Benelli Armi may divulge your perso-
nal data to authorised retailers of Benelli Armi products and to
other companies in order to permit them to send you their own
promotional communications and advertising on goods and ser-
vices similar to those offered by Benelli Armi.
5. Conferment of your personal data is entirely voluntary, but your
refusal to confer it in part or in whole may make it impossible
for Benelli Armi to issue a Certificate of Warranty for the product you have purchased. Refusal to confer personal data for the purposes of marketing,
profiling and communication to third parties also for marketing purposes does not affect your registration for a Certificate of Warranty, or the issue of
the same, but will prevent you receiving marketing communications from Benelli Armi and other companies who supply goods and services similar to
those offered by Benelli Armi. The Holder of your personal data is Benelli Armi S.p.A., via della Stazione 50, 61029 Urbino, PU, Italy.
The Data Manager responsible for its processing is Lorenzo Caldari, domiciled for the purpose at the registered offices of the Holder.
6. You may, at any time exercise the rights granted you under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. In particular you may obtain confirmation as to
whether your personal data is held or not (and its nature and origin), verify its correctness, add to it, update it, correct it, or have it deleted. To exercise
these rights, send an e-mail to the Data Processing Manager, Lorenzo Caldari, at [e-mail]
If you consent to the despatch of commercial and promotional communications, your consent shall apply to communications sent through automated
systems without an operator (e.g. e-mail systems), and to conventional communications such as traditional paper mail. You may, at any time, revoke
your consent for your personal data to be used for this purpose even partly, for example by choosing to receive only paper mail and not mail from
automated systems (e-mail).

section, or compile this form in full, get it stamped by
the authorised Benelli dealer who sold you the product,
and return it to your nearest Benelli Armi importer in a
