2 Presentación Montaje Les agradecemos haber elegido nuestro fusil Pump Action (del fusil embalado) Diseñado por el Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones de Benelli Armi S.p.A. ha sido realizado por expertos de gran maestría que cuentan con una rica experiencia tecnológica en construcciones mecánicas de precisión, el nuevo fusil marca una etapa significativa en el sector de las arma de cañón liso con funcionamiento de corredera.
3 1) Unscrew magazine cap by turning it “counter clockwise” to the left (fig. 4). En caso de tubo almacén corto más prolongación (almacén de 2 piezas), destornillando el capuchón se quita también la prolongación. ATENCIÓN: when magazine extension is attached, antes de proseguir lea cuidadosamente las instrucciones “Prolongación tubo almacén”.
4 Carga Solución indirecta El arma debe estar con el seguro y martillo armados para permitir la introducción de los cartuchos en el tubo almacén (aviso rojo de martillo armado visible). 1) With the action closed and the hammer cocked, turn over the firearm over so bottom opening of the receiver is accessible (fig. 9). 2) Place a cartridge in the opening and insert it into the magazine tube (figs. 9-10) until the cartridge stop lever automatically catches it and holds the cartridge in place.
5 Solución directa 1) Push the action release lever upward and bring the forend fully rearward (fig. 11) to open the action (fig. 14). Place one cartridge through the ejection port into the receiver (fig. 12) and close the action by moving the forend forward (fig. 13). The chamber is now loaded with a cartridge for firing. 2) Turn over the firearm over so bottom opening of the receiver is accessible (fig. 9). 3) Place a cartridge in the opening and insert it into the magazine tube (figs.
6 Descarga del arma (Esta operación se debe realizar con el seguro puesto - ver “Seguro del fusil” - y cañón orientado hacia una dirección segura). Durante estas fases, mantener los dedos siempre lejos del gatillo. A) Descarga a mano Para descargar el fusil siga las indicaciones siguientes: 1) Move the safety button to the “on” (“safe”) position. Depress the action release locking lever (fig. 17), pull the forearm rearward about 2 inches and fully depress the Mag Stop button on the forend.
7 3) When assembling the firearm, be sure that the magazine cap is tightly screwed to the barrel, so that the barrel is completely attached to the receiver (figs. 7-8). 4) When a firearm does not function properly, make certain it is unloaded and the safety placed in the “on” position. Contact the Benelli USA customer service department for assistance (for USA market only).
8 Procedimiento de desmontaje Cañón 1) To remove the barrel, unscrew the magazine tube cap (fig. 19); by turning it counterclockwise. 2) Depress the action release locking lever and pull the forend partially rearward to release the bolt from the barrel extension. 3) Holding the barrel, pull it forward along the magazine tube until the ring clears the tube. Lift the barrel slightly up and away from the magazine tube and slide it forward (fig. 20).
9 ATENCIÓN Ante la presencia de culata pistol grip o de culata telescópica, antes de desmontar el grupo guardamonte es necesario destornillar parcialmente la tuerca fijación de la culata pistol grip o la tuerca fijación empuñadura culata telescópica; esta maniobra permite separar la culata pistol grip o la empuñadura culata telescópica de la carcasa para obtener el espacio necesario para el desmontaje del grupo guardamonte.
10 Montaje del arma Follow the assembly instructions carefully to ensure proper placement of all components. Do not use excessive force. If components do not assemble easily, re-read instructions or call Benelli USA for assistance (for USA market only). 1) Slide the firing pin spring over the front of the firing pin and insert the assembly into the rear of the bolt. 2) Depress the end of the firing pin with your thumb and hold it in that position while inserting cross pin which retains it in the bolt.
11 If they are not, the trigger group will not seat properly (fig. 35). 14) Be certain the hammer is fully cocked in the trigger assembly. 15) Insert the front end of the trigger guard in the front of the receiver opening, and then swing the rear portion downward until the assembly locks into position. Do not force (figs. 36-37). 33 36 34 37 35 38 16) Insert the trigger group pins (longer pin in front) through the receiver until the large heads are flush with the sides (fig. 38).
12 3) Push the action release lever. The action should unlock. ACCESORIOS Y REGULACIONES 4) Move the forearm fully rearward and then fully forward. It should move freely and lock again in the closed position. Variación y desviación inclinación 5) With the safety in the “on” (“safe”) position, pull the trigger. The hammer should not fall. 6) Move the safety button to the fire position (red ring visible) and pull the trigger. The hammer should fall and the action should unlock.
13 El procedimiento de sustitución es muy sencillo (fig. 40): 1 23 4 8 5 1) Ejerza una presión en la cantonera “1” y contemporáneamente imprima un movimiento del bajo hacia el alto (figs. 41-42). 2) Destornille la tuerca de bloqueo de la culata “2” (llave hexagonal de 13 mm). 3) Quite del tubo de la guía resorte biela, la tuerca “2”, la arandela elástica “3”, la plaquita de la culata “4”, la culata “5”, el espesor de desviación “6” y el espesor de inclinación “7”.
14 ADVERTENCIA: una vez sustituida la culata, verifique que esté correctamente bloqueada en la carcasa. Después de los primeros disparos repita el control y, en caso de necesidad, fije nuevamente la culata volviendo a desmontar la cantonera y fijando nuevamente la tuerca con la llave. Variando la inclinación del fusil obviamente ha cambiado la posición de disparo: es oportuno realizar una serie de tiros para verificar que la nueva configuración se adapte a su cuerpo y a su estilo.
15 Magazine capacity can be increased to four 2 3/4 inch or 3 inch cartridges by removing the plug as follows (fig. 47): 1) Unscrew and remove the magazine cap by turning it counter clockwise. 2) Remove the barrel to prevent accidental scratching of the finish. 3) Insert and hold a screwdriver blade into the opening in the magazine tube to capture the spring and retainer when they are released.
16 Prolongación tubo almacén Models can be fitted with a magazine extension tube to increase the capacity up to seven cartridges 3” length, depending on the magazine extension installed (capacity also changes depending on the length of cartridges used). Assembly instruction: see page 65. Kit prolongación (A) El kit prolongación “+ 1 tiro” incluye: un capuchón de fijación cañón con hoyo de paso, una prolongación tubo almacén, un tapón para prolongación almacén un resorte almacén largo (fig. 48).
17 Para desmontar el reductor del arma proceda de la siguiente manera: 1) Con el fusil descargado y con el cañón dirigido hacía arriba, coja, con el dedo índice el anillo de fijación del reductor y quítelo del tubo almacén (fig. 50); para facilitar la operación apoye el dedo pulgar derecho en el tubo almacén y gire ligeramente el anillo de fijación del reductor de modo que uno de sus sectores de toma supere el borde del mismo tubo almacén (fig. 51).
18 Choke interno Los cañones con chokes internos tienen en dotación varios tipos de chokes. Antes de guardar el arma inutilizada por un largo período tiempo, se recomienda quitar, limpiar y engrasar el choke interno y el cañón. Antes de realizar cualquier tipo de intervención en su fusil, asegúrese siempre de que la cámara de explosión y el almacén estén completamente vacíos. (Lea atentamente las instrucciones para la carga y descarga del arma).
19 Ajuste de la muesca de mira Para ajustar la muesca de mira actuar de la siguiente manera (fig. 60): 1) Con la llave hexagonal especial suministrada, aflojar los dos tornillos de fijación de la muesca de mira. 2) Regular la posición de la muesca de mira en el sentido deseado y bloquearla nuevamente ajustando a fondo los tornillos de fijación. 62 Para el ajuste lateral de la línea de mira, actúe de la siguiente manera (figs.
20 Modello NOVA Municiones Calibre 12 El funcionamiento del arma está garantizado con cartuchos con una longitud máxima de 58 mm (recámara 2” 3/4 - 70 mm), de 66 mm (recámara 3” - 76 mm) o de 78 mm (recámara 3” 1/2 - 89 mm). Calibre 20 IEl funcionamiento del arma está garantizado con cartuchos con una longitud máxima de 58 mm (recámara 2” 3/4 - 70 mm) o de 66 mm (recámara 3” - 76 mm) El arma accetta cartuchos con cierre rebordeado o en estrella y cargados con perdigones de plomo o de acero.
21 Piezas de recambio Para encargar las piezas de recambio es indispensable precisar el calibre, el modelo y la matrícula. Los códigos alistados se refieren a las respectivas tablas de recambios.
