1=SMS
2=call
2332 Number Defines the recipient 4 number
0-24 numbers
2333 Name Defines the recipient 4 name

2334 Event retries Defines how may retries are done to this
individual event. Default= 1

2335 Event group Defines the group the event is linked. All
events in same group must be successfully
passed before TWIG SOS is successfully
ended Default= 1
