Config 18: Mic

You can define
Locator’s
microphone
volume level.
The field value
can be set to
0

, in which
each number
represents an
increase of 6
decibels.
Default value for this field is 6.
Config 19: Trace log save
You can define a minimum distance which
Locator’s GPS position has to change to save
the new position in trace log. The distance can
be set between 0 and 99 999 meters.
Locator trace log can contain up to 10 000
stored positions.
You can read the device log by connecting
your device to PC and pressing
Read trace
.
Note that the device needs to be turned on
when creating the connection.
Config 23-27: Alarm numbers
You can define five destination numbers in
configuration fields 23-27. Alarm messages as
well as emergency messages are sent to these
numbers. Battery alarm messages (!IND and
!INF messages) are sent only to the number
defined in
Alarm number 1
.
Write the phone numbers using international
code.
Note that, Locator sends all alarms also via
GPRS connection, if GPRS has been taken into
use.
