Following are the symbols used in this manual:

Use of the equipment for purposes other than those described in this manual.
Modifications to the equipment without prior, written permission from BendPak.

Electrical Information
DANGER All wiring
must
be performed by a licensed, certified Electrician. Do not perform
any maintenance until main electrical power has been disconnected from the Lift
and cannot be re-energized until all procedures are complete.
Important electrical information:
Improper electrical installation can damage the Power Unit motor, which is not covered by the
warranty.
The Lift uses electrical energy; if your organization has Lockout/Tagout policies, make sure to
implement them after connecting to a power source.
Use a separate circuit breaker for each Power Unit.
Protect each circuit with a time delay fuse or circuit breaker:
- For a 208 to 230 VAC, single phase circuit, use a 25 amp fuse.
- For a 208 to 230 VAC, three phase circuit, use a 20 amp fuse.
- For a 380 to 440 VAC, three phase circuit, use a 15 amp fuse.
