16. Route Lifting Cable C all the way to the other end of the Runway, where Lifting Cable A is, making
sure to route it over the retaining section of the Cable Anchor Plate (shown below).

17. Gather the unrouted portions of Lifting Cables A and C, making sure to orient Lifting Cable C
above Lifting Cable A.
18. Push Lifting Cables A and C into the space where the double Cable Sheave goes (in the Large
Window) and move the Button Ends towards the Pull Box.
