En route and 124 DME from the Springfield
Vortac, at Position 2, you press the GC
360A’s Reference “up” key once to view
nearby high-altitude, low-altitude and ter-
minal navaids, signified by the three dash-
es next to the “R” annunciator. The Vichy
(VIH), Jefferson City (JEF), Hallsville
(HLV), Foristell (FTZ), St. Louis (STL),
Macon (MCM) and Quincy (UIN) Vortacs
appear on the screen. The course devia-
tion bar indicates the aircraft is some 2.5
miles right of course.
