• Tap the Multimedia icon to display the Multimedia page.
• Tap the Settings icon to display the Settings page.
Getting satellite signals
When the AV8OR ACE is turned on, it automatically begins to
search for satellite signals. This process can take a few minutes. Be
sure the device has a clear and unobstructed view of the sky.
VIEW GPS STATUS FROM SETTINGS
You can m
onitor GPS
status by tapping the
Settings soft key on the
Main Menu page (refer to
Figure 1-8 on page 1-11),
and the
n
tapping on the
GPS Status soft key.
The GPS Status page provides a visual reference of satellite
acquisition, receiver status, current position and a reset mechanism.
