• Tap on an option and tap the EDIT soft key or double tap on an
option to change the field.
• Ident: Use the Ident field to assign a name to the Initial Position
(manual entry). Highlight the Ident selection and tap on the EDIT
soft key or double tap on the Ident selection to display the virtual
keyboard. Input the Ident name characters. The system will
search for similar Ident names in the database based on the
character being input, as shown in the figure below. As an
example when the user inputs LOS ANG, the system will display
similar Ident names such as LOS ANGELES/VAN NUYS. This
function is convenient for the user by finishing the input of the full
Ident name. The user can also define a new name for the Ident.
