5.4.6 Blink Code Diagnostics - System Configuration Check
To check the current ABS system configuration, cycling the brake lamp input six
(6) times activates the TABS6 blink code diagnostics.
When the TABS6 is powered and the blink code diagnostics activated for system
configuration check, the current ABS configuration flash code is displayed by the
trailer-mounted ABS warning lamp as shown in the following table.

5.4.7 Blink Code Diagnostics - Odometer Mileage Display
For displaying the odometer mileage, the TABS6 blink code diagnostics is
activated by cycling the brake lamp input seven (7) times. Odometer mileage
cannot be altered by the use of the blink code diagnostics.
With the TABS6 powered and the blink code diagnostics activated for odometer
mileage display, the current odometer distance flash code is displayed by the
trailer-mounted ABS warning lamp in thousands of miles. As an example,
152,254 miles would be displayed by:
152 (x1000)… one (1) blink – pause, five (5) blinks – pause and two (2) blinks.
A zero (0) is displayed by quickly strobing the trailer-mounted ABS warning lamp
twice.
5.4.8 Blink Code Diagnostics – Reset ECU Configuration
To reset the ECU configuration back to the default ABS configuration, cycling the
brake lamp input eight (8) times activates the TABS6 blink code diagnostics.
With the TABS6 powered and the blink code diagnostics activated for reset ECU
configuration, the “ABS configuration” is configured back to the base (default)
ABS configuration as shown in the following table.
