Lining Wear Monitoring
14 1 Brake pads worn – replace
• Manually check the condition of the pads on each brake

• If no pads require replacement, check the wear sensors
and cables for damage or defects.
• After repairs or if no issues found, then clear faults.
• If faults return, replace the TABS6 Module.

Table 12: Blink Code – Fault Description & Repair Information (Cont.)
5.4.5 Blink Code Diagnostics – Clear Active Faults Codes
To clear active faults, cycling the brake lamp input five (5) times activates the
TABS6 blink code diagnostics.
With the TABS6 powered and the blink code diagnostics activated for clear active
faults, the fault management clears the active faults in the fault memory. This
method of resetting active faults does not clear the information stored in event
history log, to prevent accidental data loss.
