Unpack Box Contents Carefully :

Base Bottom Swivel Ethel Seat Swivel Component

Top Down View of Swivel Component

Align swivel component with seat’s under plate

for proper placement of screws

Attach the Swivel

Component to base

Begin by aligning the swivel

component to the plate on the base.

Attach swivel to base by securing (4)

screws using the provided L-wrench.

See example left:

Attach the seat to base

After attaching the swivel to the base

plate, place and align the plate under the

seat in the same fashion. Align plate with

the bottom of the chair seat and attach

(4) screws using provided L-wrench. If

needed, this step can be done with chair

seat facing to the oor for easier access.
