Spe ed Dia ls
Using this opt ion, you can assign a speed dial
locat ion t o t he desired ent r ies. You can assign up
to 8 ent ries (2 t o 9) . For m or e details on speed-
dialing, see [ Phonebook] m enu.
To add speed dial allocation, do as follow:
1. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key t o find t he desired location and
pr ess t he OK soft key.
2. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key to find t he desired ent ry and press
the OK soft key.
To change or delete speed dial allocation, do as
follows:
1. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key t o select t he desired speed dial
ent ry and pr ess t he Opt soft key .
2. The phone show s t he nam e and num ber of
the ent ry. press t he SELECT soft k ey.
3. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key t o select t he desired option and
pr ess t he SELECT soft key.
• Change: allows you t o change t he speed
dial num ber of t he selected entry. Enter t he
desir ed entry num ber.
• De let e: allows you to delet e t he select ed
ent ry. When a confirm ing m essage appears,
pr ess t he SELECT soft key t o delet e.

You can set the phone t o r ing in a specific way
When a particular person calls you.
To do so, you m ust :
• Define your caller groups. You can define up t o
10 caller groups.
• Assign the num bers in t he Phonebook t o the
appr opriat e group.
To add and define a caller group, do as follows:
1. Select an em pt y gr oup t o be defined by
pr essing t he < Navigat ion Left > or < Navigat ion
Right > key. And press t he Opt ion soft key.
2. Ent er a nam e of the gr oup and press t he
SELECT soft key. The group is added.
3. When t he new group is highlight ed, press t he
Opt soft key.
4. When Mem ber List is highlight ed, press t he
SELECT soft key.
5. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key t o select Join Mem ber and press
the SELECT soft key.
Join Mem ber opt ion allow s you t o add an
exist ing Phonebook entry. Select an ent r y
from the list .
To delet e a caller group, do as follow:
1. Select t he group t o be delet ed by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Left > or < Navigat ion Right > key
and pr ess t he Opt soft key .
2. Press the < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key t o select D e lete All and press t he
SELECT soft key.
3. When your phone confirm s your select ion,
pr ess t he SELECT soft key t o delet e t he selected
gr oup or t he Back soft k ey t o cancel deleting.
To change the nam e a caller group, do as
