their availabilit y and subscribe to t hem , if you so

Call Divert
This net work service enables incom ing calls t o be
rerout ed t o t he num ber t hat you specify.

Ex a m ple: You can:
• system at ically diver t fax calls t o your office fax
m achine.
• divert voice calls to your colleague if y ou are
already using the phone.

You can specify individual diverting opt ions for
each of the following call t ypes:
• Voice ca lls
• All data ca lls
• All fax ca lls
aft er select ing t he item , you can select the
service.
Ex a m ple: You m ay wish t o diver t your business
calls to a colleague while you are on holiday.
Call divert ing can be set up in the following ways.
All Ca lls: all calls are divert ed.
I f Bu sy: calls are div ert ed if you are already
m aking anot her call.
I f N o Answ e r : calls are diverted if you do not
answ er t he phone.
Cance l All: all call diverting opt ions are cancelled.
The current st at us is displayed. To Div ert act ivat e
or deactivate, press < Navigat ion Up> or
< Navigat ion Down> and SELECT Soft Key.

Activate call • Select Set and Press the
SELECT soft key.
diverting • Go t o st ep 2.
Change t he • Select Set and Press t he
call num ber SELECT soft key.
• Go t o st ep 2.
Deactivate • Select Can cel and Press
the SELECT call div ert ing
soft key.
2. Ent er the num ber t o which t he calls are t o be
diverted and pr ess t he SELECT soft key.
To ent er the int ernat ional code, press the 0
key until t he + sign is displayed.
The phone sends your set t ings to the net work
and the net work’ s acknowledgem ent is displayed.
You can deactivate all call divert ing set t ings by
select ing t he Ca nce l All opt ion.
