Sw apping Be t w een Tw o Part ie s
When t here are an act ive call and a held call,
this m enu places t he active call on hold and t he
held call on active. You m ay swap bet ween the
two part ies back and forth.
1. Press the Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Options.
2. Select Sw a p Ca ll by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Dow n> key,
pr ess t he SELECT soft key.
3. Repeat st eps 1 and 2 as required.
Mak ing a Confe re nce Ca ll
Confer ence Call allows up t o six people t o t ak e
part sim ultaneously in a call.
Ma k ing a Con fere n ce Ca ll
1. Dur ing a call, dial a phone num ber, and press
the < Send> key. The first call is put on hold.
2. To join t he previous par t icipant in the call,
pr ess t he Opt soft key and t hen ent er I n- Call
Options.
3. Select Conferen ce Ca ll by pr essing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key
and pr ess t he SELECT soft key.
4. To add m ore participant t o t he call, repeat
st eps 1 to 2, and Select Add Con fe r e nce Call
by pressing t he< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key and press the SELECT soft key.
Droppin g One Par t icipant
1. During a conference call, in t he list of call
part icipants, highlight t he required person, by
pr essing t he < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key, follow ed by t he Opt soft key and
choose the Confer ence Call option.
2. Select Private by pressing t he < Navigat ion
Up> or < Navigation Down> key and press the
SELECT soft key.
The call is ended wit h t hat participant , but you
can cont inue t o t alk wit h t he other participant s.
3. To end t he conference call, close t he phone or
select Discon nect by pressing t he < Navigat ion
Up> or < Navigation Down> key and press the
SELECT soft key in in-Call Opt ions.
Disconnect ing the Calls
When you have an act ive call and t he held call,
you can disconnect t he calls at one tim e.
1. Press the Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Options.
2. Select D isconne ct by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key
and pr ess t he SELECT soft key .
3. Select t he desired call you w ant t o disconnect
by pressing t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key.
• Act ive Ca ll: disconnect s t he call which is
current ly act ivat ed.
• H eld Ca ll: disconnect s t he call which is
current ly on hold.
• All Ca ll: disconnect s all calls w hich are
current ly connected with you.
4. Press the SELECT soft key.
