Call Functions
Ma king a Call
To m ake a call, proceed as follow s:
1. I n St andby m ode, ent er the ar ea code and
phone num ber.

N ot e : When ent er ing the num ber , pr essing and
holding dow n t he key inserts a pause. The
num ber aft er a pause will be sent a few
seconds after dialing t he first num ber.

2. Press t he< Send> key . The phone places t he
call t o t he enter ed num ber.

N ot e : I f you have set Aut o Redial m enu ( Menu 4-6 -3) t o
On and w hen nobody answers to y ou or t he line is busy,
the phone aut om at ically r et ries t o m ake t he call.

Corr ect ing t he Num ber
To cle ar... Then press...
The last digit t he C soft key displayed
Any other digit the < Navigation Left > or
in t he num ber < Navigat ion Right > key
unt il the cursor is
im m ediat ely t o the right of
the digit t o be cleared.
Press t he C soft key. You
can also insert a m issing
digit sim ply by pr essing the
appropriat e key.
The whole display hold down t he C soft key for
m ore t han one seconds.
Ending a Call
When you have finished your call, press t he
< End: Power> key.
The call tim e ( lengt h of the call) display s with
the num ber of t he called par t y. I f t he num ber is
st ored in your Phonebook, t he nam e is displayed.
I f t her e is no m atch in Phonebook, you can pr ess
the Save soft k ey and st ore t he num ber t o t he
Phonebook. For furt her inform at ion on st oring
the num ber in the Phonebook , see [ Phonebook]
m enu.
Or, sim ply close the phone t o end a call.

1. Press and hold down the O key.
The + appears in display.
2. Ent er the count r y code, area code, and phone
num ber, t hen press t he< Send> key to begin
dialing.
Ma king a Call from t he
Phonebook
You can st ore the phone num bers called regularly
in m em ory, called Phonebook. You t hen sim ply
recall t he num ber t o dial. For further inform ation
refer t o [ Phonebook] m enu.
Redialing t he La st N um ber
To redial t he num ber you dialed last , press
the< Send> key t w ice.
Your phone st or es up to 30 last num bers you
dialed in Call Records. To r ecall any of t hese
num bers, refer t o ‘ Dialed No.’ on [ Call Records]
part.
