Spee d D ia ls
Using t his opt ion, you can assign a speed dial
locat ion to t he desired entries. You can assign up
to 8 ent ries ( 2 t o 9) . For m ore det ails on speed-
dialing, see [ Phonebook ] m enu.
To add speed dial allocat ion, do as follow :
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o find t he desired locat ion and
press t he OK soft key.
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o find t he desired entry and press
the OK soft key.
To change or delet e speed dial allocat ion, do as
follows:
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select t he desired speed dial
ent ry and press t he Opt soft key.
2. The phone shows t he nam e and num ber of
the ent ry. press t he SELECT soft k ey.
3. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select t he desir ed opt ion and
press t he SELECT soft key.
• Change: allows you to change t he speed
dial num ber of t he select ed entry. Enter the
desired entry num ber.
• Dele t e: allow s you t o delet e the select ed
ent ry. When a confirm ing m essage appears,
press t he SELECT soft key t o delet e.
Group
You can set the phone t o ring in a specific way
When a particular person calls y ou.
To do so, y ou m ust:
• Define your caller groups. You can define up t o
10 caller groups.
• Assign t he num ber s in t he Phonebook t o t he
appropriat e group.
To add and define a caller group, do as follow s:
1. Select an em pt y group to be defined by
pressing t he < Navigat ion Left > or < Navigat ion
Right> key. And press t he Option soft key.
2. Ent er a nam e of t he group and press t he
SELECT soft key. The group is added.
3. When the new group is highlighted, press t he
Opt soft key.
4. When Mem ber List is highlight ed, press t he
SELECT soft key.
5. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select Join Mem be r and press
the SELECT soft key.
Join M e m ber opt ion allow s you t o add an
exist ing Phonebook entry. Select an ent ry
from the list .
To delet e a caller gr oup, do as follow:
1. Select t he group t o be delet ed by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Left > or < Navigat ion Right> key
and press the Opt soft key.
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation
Down> k ey to select D elete All and pr ess the
SELECT soft key.
3. When y our phone confirm s your select ion,
press t he SELECT soft key t o delet e the select ed
group or t he Back soft key t o cancel delet ing.
To change t he nam e a caller group, do as
