These m enu funct ions are network services.
Please contact your ser vice provider t o check
their availabilit y and subscr ibe t o them , if y ou so
wish.
Call D ive r t
This network service enables incom ing calls t o be
rerout ed to t he num ber t hat you specify .

Ex a m ple : You can:
• syst em atically divert fax calls t o your office fax
m achine.
• diver t voice calls t o your colleague if you ar e
already using t he phone.

You can specify individual diver t ing options for
each of the following call types:
• Voice ca lls
• All dat a calls
• All fax ca lls
aft er select ing the it em , you can select the
ser vice.
Ex a m ple : You m ay wish to divert your business
calls to a colleague while you ar e on holiday .
Call diverting can be set up in the following w ays.
All Ca lls: all calls are diverted.
I f Busy: calls are diverted if you are already
m aking another call.
I f N o An sw er: calls ar e diver t ed if you do not
answer the phone.
Cance l All: all call diverting opt ions are cancelled.
The current st at us is displayed. To Divert activat e
or deactivat e, press < Navigat ion Up> or
< Navigat ion Dow n> and SELECT Soft Key.

Act ivat e call • Select Se t and Press t he
SELECT soft key.
diverting • Go to st ep 2.
Change t he • Select Se t and Pr ess the
call num ber SELECT soft key.
• Go t o step 2.
Deact ivate • Select Ca nce l and Press
the SELECT call diverting
soft key.
2. Ent er the num ber t o which t he calls are t o be
diverted and press t he SELECT soft key.
To enter t he inter national code, press t he 0
key unt il t he + sign is displayed.
The phone sends your set t ings t o t he network
and the network ’ s acknowledgem ent is displayed.
You can deact ivat e all call diverting set t ings by
select ing t he Cance l All opt ion.
