Sw apping Betw een Tw o Part ies
When t here are an act ive call and a held call,
this m enu places t he act ive call on hold and t he
held call on act ive. You m ay sw ap bet w een t he
two parties back and forth.
1. Press t he Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Opt ions.
2. Select Sw a p Ca ll by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation Dow n> k ey,
press t he OK soft key.
3. Repeat st eps 1 and 2 as required.
Making a Confere nce Ca ll
Conference Call allows up to six people t o take
part sim ult aneously in a call.
Ma k in g a Conference Ca ll
1. During a call, dial a phone num ber, and press
the < Send> key. The first call is put on hold.
2. To j oin the pr evious participant in t he call,
press t he Opt soft key and t hen ent er I n- Call
Opt ions.
3. Select Conferen ce Ca ll by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Dow n> key
and press t he OK soft key.
4. To add m ore par t icipant t o t he call, repeat
st eps 1 to 2, and Select Add Con fer e nce Ca ll
by pressing t he< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key and press the OK soft key.
Dropping One Par t icipant
1. During a conference call, in the list of call
participant s, highlight t he required person, by
pressing t he < Navigation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key, follow ed by the Opt soft key and
choose t he Confer ence Call opt ion.
2. Select Pr ivate by pressing t he < Navigation
Up> or < Navigat ion Dow n> key and press t he
OK soft key.
The call is ended wit h t hat par t icipant , but you
can continue to t alk wit h the other par t icipant s.
3. To end t he conference call, close t he phone or
select Disconnect by pressing the < Navigat ion
Up> or < Navigat ion Dow n> key and press t he
OK soft key in in- Call Opt ions.
Disconnect ing the Calls
When you have an act ive call and the held call,
you can disconnect the calls at one t im e.
1. Press t he Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Opt ions.
2. Select D iscon nect by pressing the
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation Dow n> key
and press t he OK soft k ey.
3. Select t he desir ed call you w ant t o disconnect
by pressing t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation
Down> k ey.
• Act ive Ca ll: disconnect s t he call which is
currently activat ed.
• H e ld Ca ll: disconnect s t he call which is
currently on hold.
• All Call: disconnect s all calls w hich are
currently connect ed wit h you.
4. Press t he OK soft key.
