TERMS OF TRADE
1. CONSUMER LEGISLATION.
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these
terms will be read subject to the application of that act and in the case of
conict the provisions of that act will apply. Where the buyer is a business
(as “business” is dened by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) it agrees
that it is acquiring all goods from the company for the purposes of that
business and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
2. RETENTION OF TITLE.
Ownership of the goods remains vested with Reid Technology Ltd until
payment has been received in full.
3. REID TECHNOLOGY LTD MAY VARY THE CONTRACT PRICE.
Reid Technology Ltd may vary the contract price to take account of
variations in the cost of materials and services between the date of the
buyer’s order and the date of delivery.
HOW TO ORDER
1. You may pay by personal cheque, VISA or MasterCard.
2. We DO NOT accept Diners Club or American Express.
3. Cheques should be made payable to REID TECHNOLOGY LTD.
4. Personal callers are welcome. Our opening hours are 9am to 4.30pm,
Monday to Friday.
5. Delivery: All goods are shipped by New Zealand Couriers and require a full
delivery address.
6. All quoted prices exclude GST and delivery.
