Bellman Visit ash receiver, BE1442/BE1444
General
The ash receiver is part of the Visit smart home system that helps you to keep tabs on your
home. It alerts you with bright ashes when the doorbell or telephone rings, when your
baby needs you or if a re should occur.
It is activated via radio signals from the Visit transmitters and features colored LED’s to dif-
ferentiate the alarms. You can also connect a bed shaker (optional accessory) and wake up
to vibrations if something should happen while you are asleep. For indoor use.
Getting started
Unpacking, installing and testing the unit
1 Connect the power supply to the receiver and the mains power. Pull the battery tab
at the bottom. Place the receiver on a level surface or mount it on the wall using the

To test the radio link you need a Visit transmitter. Press the test button/s on the transmitter.
3 The receiver starts to ash and lights up the corresponding Visit LED. If a bed shaker is
connected, it will vibrate. A short press on the test button repeats the last indication. If
nothing happens, see Troubleshooting.

You can connect a Bellman bed shaker, BE1271 (optional accessory) to the bed shaker
output (10) . When the ash receiver is activated, the bed shaker will vibrate.
