Smoke alarm supervision indication
In case there is faulty on the BE1281 smoke alarm which is manually paired to the BE1444
as per mentioned in Page 12, the Visit LED ( 6 )
on the BE1444 will blink in red.
To identify the faulty, please refer to the indication on Smoke alarm supervision LED (15)
and the table below.
If there are multiple BE1281 smoke alam manually paired, just enter the Smoke alarm menu
to nd the faulty unit.

Low battery

orange, blinking

Replace the battery using the correct
batteries stated at the smoke alarm label.
Lost connection

red, blinking

Check if the battery in the smoke alarm
transmitter is still OK.

Move the units to their original position
and verify that the error message
disappears.
Hardware failure

red

Clean the smoke alarm transmitter
according to the smoke alarm transmitter
manual.

If it is still faulty, replace the smoke alarm
transmitter.
