WARMING ZONE

To the rear of the wok burner is a
warming zone which can be used for
a wide range of non cooking tasks
associated with the preparation of
meals. It provides a gentle heat sur-
face and can achieve a surface tem-
perature of 120˙C and is specially
designed for keeping coffee hot as
well as gravy, custard and other
sauces. The warming zone warning
neon illuminates on the control panel if
the warming zone control is operated.
To warm plates on the warming zone,
simply place your plates on the warm-
ing zone and turn the control knob to
the on position.
