une carte SIM verrouillée, vous serez peut-être appelé à
entrervotreNIP.
Souvent, les fournisseurs de service limitent le nombre d’entrées de
NIPerronés.SivousneparvenezpasàsaisirunNIPvalideaprèsle
nombre d’essais permis, votre carte SIM pourrait être bloquée. Un
avertissements’afficheralorsdevotredernièretentative.
Dans l’éventualité où une carte serait bloquée, vous avez la
possibilitéderétablirlemécanismedeNIPenentrantuneclé
personell de déverrouillage. Vous serez appelé à entrer un nouveau
NIPaveclecodedelaclépersonnellededéverrouillagepour
débloquerlacarteetréinitialiserleverrouàNIP.
IMPORTANT : Vous aurez un nombre d’essais limité pour entrer
la clé personell de déverrouillage. Si vous ne parvenez pas à saisir le
codecorrectementaprèslenombred’essaispermis,vousdevrez
remplacer la carte SIM.
Vous pouvez obtenir la clé personnelle de déverrouillage par l’entremise
des services en ligne ou en appelant les services aux clients.
Déverrouiller la carte SIM
Some SIM cards will be provisioned with a Personal Identification
Number(PIN)whichlocksuseraccesstothedevice.Whenusinga
lockedSIMcard,youmaybeaskedtoenterthePINnumber.
ServiceprovidersfrequentlylimitthenumberofincorrectPINentry
attempts.IfyoufailtoenteracorrectPINwithinthenumberof
permittedattempts,theSIMcardmaybecomeblocked.Youwillsee
a warning message on your last attempt.
In the event that the card becomes blocked, you have the ability to
re-enablethePINmechanismbyenteringaPersonalUnblockingKey
(PUK).YouwillbepromptedtoenteranewPINincombinationwith
thePUKcodetounblockandresetthePINlock.
IMPORTANT: Youwillhavealimitednumberofattemptstoenter
the correct PUK code. If you fail to enter the correct code within
the allowed number of attempts, it will be necessary to replace
the SIM card.
The PUK code is available through eCare or by calling client care.
