E03 The supply voltage is
too high.
1. Check that the grid voltage is in accordance with the
rated values.
2. Reset the error.

3. If the problem continues, replace the pump.
E03 or E06 The regeneration
effect occurs because
the other equipment
generates the water
flow.
1. Remove the source of the flow.
2. Reset the error.

3. If the problem continues, replace the pump.
E04 The motor is
stalled.
The rotor is
blocked or loss of
speed.
1. The unit automatically carries out several high-torque
startup attempts.
2. If the problem continues, do the following methods:
Check that the pumped liquid is in accordance
with the working limits.
Clean the system.
Reset the error.

3. If the problem continues, replace the pump.
E05 The motor control
shows error.
1. Reset the error.

2. If the problem continues, replace the pump.
E06 The supply voltage is
too low.

overheated.

2. Check that the ambient and pumped liquid
temperature is in accordance with the working limits.
3. Check that the unit is installed according to the
instructions in the manual.
4. If the problem continues, replace the pump.
E09 The electrical motor
fails.
1. Reset the error.
