Operating Forum IPhone 545 SIP Telephone
Unlocking telephone
1. Press the
Unlock key.
The
Phone is locked menu card appears.
2. Press the
Unlock the phone softkey.
3. Activate the
Enter Unlock Password input field. Enter your
user PIN and press the
Enter softkey.
Unlock the phone? appears on the display.
4. Press the
Yes softkey.
Note: If you wish to permit another person to temporarily use
your telephone, you can activate the telephone lock via the main
menu
5 Protection > 3 Telephone lock (see page 40). Inde-
pendent of the system configuration, when the telephone lock is
activated, the functionality range of the Forum IPhone 545 SIP
telephone is restricted, incl. possibly restricted dialling rights.
Hot Desking
The Forum IPhone 545 SIP telephone supports the “Hot Desking”
feature. This feature enables you to apply the user configuration
of your phone to any other Forum IPhone 545 type SIP telephone.
1. If the desired Forum IPhone 545 SIP telephone is currently in
operation, press the Logout function key and confirm the
prompt with the
OK softkey.
The phone restarts. Press the
Login softkey. The Login phone
menu card appears.
2. Activate the
Phone no. input field. Enter your call number and
press the
Enter softkey.
3. Activate the
PIN input field. Enter your user PIN and press the
Enter softkey.
The phone restarts – it is configured with your configuration. If
your configuration is currently active on another
Forum IPhone 545 SIP telephone, the other phone will be logged
out automatically.
Tip: The phone book can also be logged out using the main
menu:
5 Protection > 0 Logout (see page 41).
