: Select the calls to be forwarded:

intern

(internal calls),

extern

(external calls) or

int.+ext.

(internal

and external calls).

4. Press the goodbye key to exit the menu.

Note: The destination call number of call forwarding cannot be

changed or deleted on the terminal. This is only possible in the

Devices: Functions menu in the Configurator of the

Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communications system.

Voicebox

The administrator of the Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communica-

tions system can configure a voicebox for you as an answering

machine. This voicebox is operated via a “Voice message” function

key (Speech) (please refer to Function Keys Reference starting

on page 37). Activating or deactivating the voicebox is done via

call forwarding to a voicebox call number (please refer to Call For-

warding starting on page 24).

Any time there are new messages on your voicebox, the

Forum IPhone 512 display shows the number of voicebox mes-

sages received. Additionally, the LED indicator next to the “Voice

message” (Speech) function key lights up.

1. Press the “Voice message” (Speech) function key.

The display shows the list of received messages.

2. To listen to the message, pick up the handset or press the

loudspeaker key . Your voicebox is called and the

message is played.

3. Press the right arrow key to show the menu of the

selected message. Use the navigation keys to go to the

desired menu entry.

Displaying call number of caller. You call the caller back by

picking up the handset or pressing the loudspeaker key .

2 Delete

: Press the right arrow key to delete the

message.
