Operating the Forum IPhone 512

1. Press the Messages function key.

2. Use the navigation keys to go to the desired entry.

3. Press the right arrow key to show the menu of the

selected message. Use the navigation keys to go to the

desired menu entry.

1 Show

: The text, date and time of the message is shown.

–

2 Delete

: Press the right arrow key to delete the entry

shown.

–

3 Delete all

: Press the right arrow key to delete all

message list entries.

4. Press the goodbye key to exit the menu.

Notes

z You can send short messages yourself with the

Forum 500 CTI web application. The online help of the

Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communications system offers

information in this regard.

z When you delete an e-mail message the e-mail itself is not

deleted. You can query, process and delete the e-mail with

your e-mail programme.

Phone Book

The administrator of the Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communica-

tions system can configure a Phone Book function key (please

refer to Function Keys Reference starting on page 37). Use this

function key to access the phone books managed on the

Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communications system.

1. Press the Phone Book function key.

The display shows the text

2. Enter one or multiple first letters for the phone book entry you

are looking for. Use the number keys to do so.
