GB Instruction for use Congratulations on your choice of our product which will certainly provide you with many years of good service. Safety comes first! Please read this Instruction Manual carefully. It contains important information on how to use your new appliance. If instructions are not adhered to, you may lose your right to service at no charge during the warranty period. Please keep this manual in a safe place and pass it on to later users if applicable.
GB Instruction for use Location Transport instructions Only place the appliance, as shown in the illustration in dry rooms which can be aired. The appliance should be transported only in upright position. The packing as supplied must be intact during transportation. If the appliance is transported in the horizontal position, it must be placed vertically and left in this position for 4 hours before taking into operation.

GB Instruction for use Description of the Control Functions c) Quick Fridge a) Fridge Set and Vacation This button is designed for fast cooling of the fridge. Press quick fridge button to start the function. The quick fridge icon will light on when the function is activated. Each time the quick fridge function is activated, “1” blinks on the display for 5 seconds only. Then the actual fridge temperature will be shown. Quick fridge function lasts for maximum 3 hours.
GB Instruction for use If large amounts of fresh food is going to be frozen, push the quick freeze button 8 hrs. before putting the fresh food in the freezer compartment. The electronic control system incorporates a safety protection so that if the quick freeze button is pressed more than once in a short time, then the compressor will not run immediately. h) Freezer Bar Graphs (Item 2/h) The number of bars lighting on the freezer bar graphs are determined considering the freezer set temperature.
GB Instruction for use Cooling Defrosting of the appliance Food storage The fridge compartment defrosts automatically. The thawing water flows through the drain channel (Item 6) into a collection container at the rear of the appliance (Item 7). During defrosting, water droplets form at the back of the fridge due to the evaporator. If not all of the drops run down, they may freeze again after defrosting remove them with a cloth soaked in warm water, but never with a hard or sharp object.
GB Instruction for use Freezing Making ice cubes Freezing food Fill the ice-cube tray 3/4 full with water and place it in the freezer. As soon as the water has turned into ice, you can take out the ice cubes. Never use sharp objects such as knives or forks to remove the ice cubes. There is a risk of injury! The freezing area is marked with symbol.
GB Instruction for use Replacing the interior light bulb (Item 10) To preserve the appearance of your appliance, you can polish the exterior and the door accessories with a silicone wax. Should the light fail to work, proceed as follows. 1- Switch off at the socket outlet and pull out the mains plug. You may find it useful to remove shelves for easy access. 2 - Use a flat tipped screwdriver to remove the light diffuser cover.
GB Instruction for use Practical tips and notes Cooling Freezing • Clean fresh food and vegetables before storing in the crisper bin. • Always pack or wrap food, or put it in a suitable container, before storing it in the appliance. • Wrap food which is not suitable for storage at cold temperatures in polyethylene bags (pineapple, melons, cucumbers, tomatoes etc.). • Food with strong odour or apt to acquire odour should be wrapped in airtight or smellproof packaging material.

GB What, if.... 1- The appliance will not work, even though it is switched on. • Check if the power cable is properly connected! • Check if the mains supply is in order, or if a circuit breaker has been tripped! • Check the temperature control for correct setting! 2- There is a power failure. Your freezer is suitable for the long-term storage of frozen food that are available commercially and also can be used to freeze and store fresh food. Do not open the door in case of a power failure.
GB Instruction for use Door Open Alarm 7- There is actual freezer temperature failure There is a built in buzzer in the appliance that will inform customer if the fridge door is left open for a minute. This alarm is a periodic alarm and it reminds the customer that the fridge door is left open. The appliance performs cooling considering the freezer set temperature. The actual freezer temperature shown on the display will reach the adjusted freezer set temperature, when the packages are cold enough.

ES Instrucciones de uso Ubicación Instrucciones de transporte Coloque el electrodoméstico únicamente en estancias secas que dispongan de ventilación, tal como se ve en la ilustración. El frigorífico sólo se debe transportar en posición vertical. El embalaje debe quedar intacto tras el transporte. Si el electrodoméstico se transporta en posición horizontal, sólo debe ponerse en funcionamiento pasadas 4 horas desde que se haya colocado de nuevo en posición vertical.
ES Instrucciones de uso • Canalizar el cable de alimentación eléctrica de forma que se facilite la conexión y desconexión después de la instalación. • Si el cable de alimentación no fuera accesible, deberá utilizarse un separador de contactos (en modelos integrados). ES Instrucciones de uso Vacaciones: La temperatura del compartimento del frigorífico puede ajustarse alrededor de los 13 ºC. Cuando el compartimento del frigorífico está vacío, la función de vacaciones puede activarse si se desea. El uso de esta función ahorrará algo de energía. A continuación se mostrará de nuevo la temperatura real del frigorífico. La función de refrigeración rápida dura como máximo 3 horas.
ES Instrucciones de uso Si la temperatura fijada es 4, se iluminarán 12 barras y el icono min. Si la temperatura fijada es 6, se iluminarán 10 barras y el icono min. Si la temperatura fijada es 8, se iluminarán 6 barras y el icono min. Si se activa la función de refrigeración rápida, también se iluminarán todas las barras del gráfico. Por lo tanto, al pulsar el botón de refrigeración rápida la función de congelación rápida se desactivará.
ES Instrucciones de uso l) Icono de congelación rápida Deshielo del aparato El icono de congelación rápida indica que la función de congelación rápida está activada. El icono de congelación rápida se ilumina cuando el electrodoméstico funciona en modo de congelación rápida. El compartimento del frigorífico se deshiela de manera automática. El agua del deshielo circula hasta el conducto de desagüe (Fig. 6) hacia el recipiente de recogida situado en la parte trasera del frigorífico (Fig. 7).
ES Instrucciones de uso Cubitos de hielo Rellenar la cubitera hasta 3/4 de su capacidad y colocarla en el congelador. Cuando el agua se haya transformado en hielo, puede sacar los cubitos. Nunca utilizar objetos con punta o bordes afilados, como cuchillos o tenedores, para retirar los cubitos. Hay riesgo de lesiones. En vez de ello, dejar que los cubitos se derritan ligeramente, o introducir el fondo de la bandeja en agua caliente durante unos instantes.
ES Sustitución de la bombilla interior (Fig. 10) Si fallara la luz, proceder de la siguiente manera: 1 - Desconectar el frigorífico retirando para ello el enchufe de la toma de corriente. Puede ser útil retirar los estantes para acceder más fácilmente. 2 - Utilizar un destornillador de punta plana para retirar la tapa del difusor de luz. 3 - Comprobar que no se ha aflojado la bombilla y fijarla firmemente en su soporte. Volver a colocar el enchufe y encender el frigorífico.
ES Instrucciones de uso Notas y consejos útiles Refrigeración Congelación • Lavar los alimentos frescos y las verduras antes de guardarlos en su compartimento. • Envolver o empaquetar los alimentos, o colocarlos en un recipiente adecuado antes de guardarlos en el frigorífico. • Envolver los alimentos no aptos para conservación a bajas temperaturas en bolsas de polietileno (piñas, melones, pepinos, tomates, etc).

ES Instrucciones de uso Alarma de puerta abierta 7- Anomalía en la temperatura real del congelador El electrodoméstico dispone de una alarma acústica que avisa al usuario en caso de que la puerta del frigorífico permanezca abierta durante más de un minuto. La alarma recordará periódicamente al usuario que la puerta del frigorífico permanece abierta. El electrodoméstico realiza el proceso de refrigeración teniendo en cuenta la temperatura seleccionada para el congelador.
