TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT

Temperature is controlled by the thermostat knob which is located at the front

of the cabinet. "SUPER" is the coldest setting (see the diagram below). The

normal storage temperature of your appliance should be -18 °C (0 °F). Lower

temperatures may be obtained by adiusting the thermostat knob toward "SUPER"

position.

We recommended that you check the temperature with a thermometer to ensur

that the Freezer is kept to the desired temperature. Remember you must take

reading very quickly since the thermometer temperature will rise very rapidly

you remove it horn the freezer.

Please remember each time the lid is opened cold air escapes and the internal

temperature rises. Therefore never leave the lid open and ensure it is closed:

immediately after Food is put in or removed.

When you set the thermostat knob to [OFF] position, the appliance will be

switched off.

INDICATOR LIGHTS

Green Indicator Light(l);

Illuminates when the appliance is connected to the mains and will glow as there

is electricity present. The green light will not glow if the thermostat is set at the

"OF" position. The green indicator does not give any indication of the temperature

inside the freezer.

Red Indicator Light (2);

a. When the appliance is first switched on, and will stay until the pre-set

temperature has been attained.

b. If the pre-set temperature can not be maintained.

c. If the appliance is overloaded with fresh food.

d. If the appliance lid is left open accidentally.
