TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. The appliance should be transported only in a vertical upright position. The packing as supplied must be intact during transportation. 2. If during the course of transport the appliance has to be transported horizontally, it must only be laid on its left hand side when standing in the front of the appliance. After bringing it to upright position,it must not be operated for at least 4 hours to allow the system to settle. 3.

USING THE ACCESSORIES Chiller Compartment Double twist and serve ice cube trays and ice cube storage tray called Ice Bank Fill ice cube trays 2/3 with water and place them in the freezer. To dispense the ice cubes, twist the tray as shown. Store ice cubes in the tray underneath. Warning! Do not fill ice cube storage tray with water. Note: If freshly made ice cubes are not consumed for several weeks and stored in Ice Bank, they will slowly reduce in size and eventually disappear completely.
Humidity level control in the crisper Stored Water Dispenser - Supplied with AS920 Model Only Water dispenser is a very useful feature to obtain chilled water without opening the door of your fridge. Since you do not have to open the door of your fridge frequently, you also save on electricity. Humidity level can be adjusted by sliding the humidity adjustment slider to the right or left. • If you want to maintain humidity in this compartment, set the humidity adjustment slider to the closed position.
Cleaning the water tank Remove the water tank, open the latches on both sides and detach the top cover mechanism from the water tank. Clean the water tank with warm clean water, reinstall the top cover mechanism and fasten the latches. When installing the water tank, make sure that hooks behind it fits securely into the hangers on the door. Make sure that parts removed during cleaning (if any) are installed correctly into their original locations. Otherwise, water may leak.

Setting the fridge compartment temperature TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT Control buttons allow you to make the settings of your refrigerator easily and without opening the doors. Thus, heat loss is avoided. When you want to change your fridge temperature setting, press the “Fridge compartment temperature adjustment button”. The fridge compartment temperature can be set to cooler degrees every time you press the button (such as 8, 6, 4, 2, 8, …).
STORING FROZEN FOOD CLEANING AND CARE Prepacked commercially frozen food should be stored in accordance with the frozen food manufacturer's instructions for a frozen food storage compartment. To ensure that the high quality achieved by the frozen food manufacturer and the food retailer is maintained, the following should be remembered: 1. Put packets in the freezer as quickly as possible after purchase. 2. Ensure that contents are labelled and dated. 3.
REPLACING THE INTERIOR LIGHT BULB DO'S AND DON'TS Should the light fail to work, proceed as follows. 1. Switch off at the socket outlet and pull out the mains plug. • Remove all shelves and drawers for easy access. DoDoDoDoDo- 2. Use a flat tipped screwdriver to gently remove the light diffuser cover by inserting the blade to prise off each side. Take care not to damage the plastic cover and inner liner. Do- 3.
3- Do not leave the door (s) of your appliance open longer than necessary and ensure they are closed properly after each opening. 4- Defrost frozen food in the fridge compartment, so that frozen food acts as an ice pack to assist cooling in the fridge. PROBLEM SOLVING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING If the appliance does not operate when switched on, check whether: • The plug is inserted properly in the socket and that the power supply is on.
28 29 Cooling down of the refrigerator completely takes time because of the size. The refrigerator might have been plugged in recently. Open the door less frequently. Doors might have been opened very frequently or they might have been left open for along time. Clean the inside of the refrigerator with a sponge, warm water or carbonated water. Pack the food. Use a different container or different brand packaging material. Inside of the refrigerator should be cleaned.
