Arcle 6 Responsibility
6.1 An accepted warranty claim does not
automacally mean that beixo accepts
any responsibility for any eventual dam-
age that may have occurred.
The responsibility of beixo never extends
beyond the condions as described with-
in these warranty condions. All claims
for responsibility of beixo for resulng
damage will be categorically denied. On
all oers, agreements and execuon of
agreements by the seller, strictly Dutch
Law applies. The Vienna Treaty 1980
(CISG) concerning the internaonal sale
agreement with regards to movables
is explicitly ruled out. 17.2 All disputes
regarding or arising from an agreement to
which these terms apply, or to the terms
in itself and its execuon or interpreta-
on, may exclusively be seled by the
Dutch judge who is competent in the area
