Ribbon Tabs
Example:
You have the files"Iocomp.Instrumentation.CF2005.Ultra.dll"and
"Iocomp.Instrumentation.CF2005.Ultra.WindowsCE.asmmeta.dll"inthesame
folder. Bo th have the same fullyqualifiedassemblyname(butdifferentfilenames).
Tryingtoaddacontrolfromthefirstassemblyseemsto work. Howeverwhenthe
applicationusesnamespacesin theXAMLtolocatethecorrect assembly itpicksone
ofthem,anditmightbeeitherof them. Ifitisthewrongassembly yougetamessage
sayingthatthere is anerrorintheXAML.
Note:
Whenimportingthird-partyassembliesforuse onaWindowsEmbedded Compact
2013panel(X2pro,X2marine,X2 control,X2motion),itisimportantthatthesupplier
supportsrunningthecodeonWindowsEmbedded Compact2013andthatt he assembly
targetscompact framework3.5.
8.3 SystemRibbonTab
The System ribbon tab controls system settings. These settings are divided into
the following groups:
Date,Time, andRegion Group
BuzzerGroup
BacklightGroup
SerialPorts Group
ServersGroup
OutputDevices Group
ServiceMenu Group
8.3.1 Date,Time,andRegionGroup
National settings are made in the Date, Time and Region group.
Select time zone, whether to adjust for daylight saving, and region. If no time zone
is selected, the time zone that has been selected for the panel or PC will be retained.
Note:
Afterchanging theAdjustfor DaylightSavingsetting,the operatorpanelmustreboot
forthechangestotake effect.
