TheEditSeriesDialog
Clicking the Edit Series control in the Chart Settings Group will open the Edit
Series Dialog. The Edit Series Dialog contains the following settings:
Parameter D escription
Name Thename oftheSeries, asshowninthe legendinthechart.
XTag TheXTagvalues.
Thetagmustbeanarraytag.
Thenumberofelementsshownwillb e thelowestcommon
denominatoro f theXTagarraysizeandtheY Tagarraysize.
YTag Optional: TheYTagvalues forthechart.
Thetagmustbeanarraytag.
Ifthisvalueisnotchosen,theXTagValueswillstill bevisibleand
theYAxiswillbesetautomatically. Thenumber ofelements
shownwillbethelowestcommondenominatoroftheX Tagarray
sizeandtheY Tagarraysize.
Size Optional: Thenumberofelements inthetag arrays. Thisproperty
overridesthesizesoftheXTagarraysizea nd YTag arraysize. If
thisvalueisnot set,thelowestcommondenominatoroftheX
TagsarraysizeandtheYTagsarraysizewillbechosenassize.
Labels Setalabelforeachpointinthechart. Thereisonelabelforeach
availabletagvalue.
Color Choosethecoloroftheseries.
Thickness Setthethicknessoftheseries. Thisappliesforthecharttypes
Line,LineFast,LineHorizontal andLinePoint.
AxisType SelecttheYAxisthatthis serieswilluse.
Note:
Chartobjectswith largearrayswherevaluesarefrequentlychangingmayaffect
performance.
