Remote Control Configuration
This command returns the configuration value that indicates whether the monitor is
configured to act as a remote controller. Lauer Navigation Monitors can be used as
passive devices, but can also be set up as remote controller devices to alter the back-
light level of any other monitor within the network.

Under normal operation conditions, a device never sends a negative acknowledge in
response to this command.
