5.2 Remove the Top Cover
To perform remaining module replacement actions in this section, the top cover must be
removed. Full precautions should be taken against electrostatic discharge. Any such shocks
may cause permanent damage to any electronic components.
ENSURE AC POWER INPUT IS COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED BEFORE ACCESSING ANY
INTERNAL MODULES
Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the 15 top cover screws and lift the cover. Lift straight
up as there is an air dam that can wedge itself in. If this occurs, push down and retry.
