PRODUCT INFORMATION
BEHR® DRYPLUS® Masonry Waterproofer with NANOGUARD® Technology, is a premium, interior/exterior waterproong
paint designed for porous concrete and masonry surfaces. This paint is formulated for waterproong above and below grade
basement walls, masonry walls, retaining walls, cinder & concrete blocks, stucco and brick. It uses NANOGUARD Technology to
form a strong waterproof barrier to stop water inltration.
RECOMMENDED USES:
Properly prepared, primed or previously painted interior or exterior, above or below grade:
• Masonry • Concrete Block/CMU • Cement Board Siding
• Concrete • Brick • Stucco
Not for use on oors and walls with active water leaks. Do not use over oil or water-based paint.
This product can be used as a water vapor barrier.

Thinning: Do Not Thin. Product is formulated for use at
package consistency only.
Dry Time: @ 77° & 50% RH
Longer dry time may be required in cooler temperatures and
higher humidity.
To Touch: 1 hour
To Recoat: 4 hours
Full Cure: 7-14 days
Need adequate ventilation
SURFACE PREPARATION:
New or Unpainted Surfaces: New concrete must cure for
a minimum of 30 days. Test for loose, aking concrete by
pressing a piece of masking or cellophane tape at various
places, then pull it o with an abrupt action. If the tape does
not pull the concrete from the surface, it can be painted.
If the existing concrete is removed, the loose concrete
should be removed down to a sound substrate.
For below grade application: All holes or cracks must be
properly patched with a fast setting hydraulic cement.
For above grade application: Remove mildew stains
with a mildew stain removing product. All surfaces must
be clean and free of dirt, dust, eorescence and oil. Clean
surface with a product such as a muriatic acid etcher or with
mechanical means. Follow all label instructions.
Previously Painted Surfaces: BEHR DRYPLUS Masonry
Waterproofer provide best results when applied to bare
or untreated surfaces. PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES
IN GOOD, REPAINTABLE CONDITION MAY BE PAINTED
WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS BEHR DRYPLUS MASONRY
WATERPROOFER No. 875, HOWEVER, BEHR WILL NOT
GUARANTEE THE RESULTS. Test for loose, aking paint by
pressing a piece of masking or cellophane tape at various
places, then pull it o with an abrupt action. If the tape
does not pull the paint from the surface, it can be painted.
If the existing paint is removed, the loose paint should
be removed down to a sound substrate by wire brushing
or sanding. For Interior or Exterior application; remove
deteriorated coating prior to application.
Follow all preparation instructions under "New or Unpainted
Surfaces" above.

RECOMMENDED PRIMER/SYSTEMS:
• BEHR DRYPLUS Masonry Waterproofer No. 875 (can also be
used as a block ller.)
• BEHR PREMIUM PLUS® Interior /Exterior Multi-Surface
Primer & Sealer No. 436
Masonry with pH Levels up to 13.0:
• BEHR DRYPLUS Masonry Waterproofer No. 875.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES:
• Use a full coat or spot prime with BEHR DRYPLUS Masonry
Waterproofer No. 875 on properly prepared surfaces.
