BEHR® Interior/Exterior Alkyd Semi-Gloss Enamel provides the performance and durability of a traditional oil-based paint
with the ease of use and convenience of a water-based paint. This professional quality nish oers excellent ow and leveling
with easy water clean-up.
RECOMMENDED USES:
This product is ideal for interior or exterior surfaces such as:
• Concrete • Concrete Block/CMU • Cement Board Siding • Brick
• Stucco • Plaster • Drywall/Gypsum Board • Wood
• Plywood • Ferrous Metals • Non-Ferrous Metals

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Proper surface preparation is required:
• Allow new stucco, plaster and masonry to cure for 30 days
• For interior and exterior surfaces, remove dirt, oil and
grease stains.
• Remove mildew stains with a mildew stain
removing product.
• Remove all loose and peeling paint; scu sand glossy
surfaces; caulk; repair imperfections and sand smooth.
• For exterior surfaces, power wash to remove chalk.
• Etch galvanized metal with a chemical etcher.
WARNING! If you scrape, sand or remove old paint,
you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. Contact the

visit www.epa.gov/lead.

CLEAN UP:
Clean all tools and equipment with clean water. For proper
disposal disposal of empty containers and unused product,
contact your household refuse collection service.
CAUTIONS/LIMITATIONS:
• Protect from freezing.
• Do not use on oors.
• For best results, apply at temperatures between
50°F - 90°F. Temperatures above 90°F may aect the
application such as drying too fast. Avoid painting in
direct sun. NOTE: If the surface is hot to the touch it
should be considered too hot to apply this coating.
• Cover unused product to help prevent skinning.
• Allow 7 days before washing or cleaning for full cure.
• Shelf life under normal conditions is two years unopened.
