Inbetriebnahme Entsorgung der Verpackung DE Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar. Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Schalten Sie das Gerät 3- bis 4-mal ohne Brot und mit maximaler Bräunungsstufe ein.
Bedienung Bedienung DE In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung des Gerätes. Sicherheitshinweise WARNUNG Verbrennungsgefahr! Während des Betriebes kann heißer Dampf austreten und Teile des Gerätes werden sehr heiß. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, um sich nicht zu verbrennen. ►► Berühren Sie während des Betriebes nicht die heißen Oberflächen. ►► Decken Sie den Toastschlitz nicht ab.
Bedienung Toasten DE Geben Sie eine oder zwei Scheiben Brot in den Toastschlitz (3). Stellen Sie durch Drehen des Drehreglers (14) den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad ein. HINWEIS ►► Stufe 1: Geringster Bräunungsgrad. ►► Stufe 7: Höchster Bräunungsgrad. Drücken Sie den Starthebel (2) nach unten, bis er einrastet. Der Toastvorgang startet automatisch. Die Kontrollleuchte „Toasten” (12) leuchtet.
Bedienung Toastvorgang abbrechen DE Drücken Sie die Taste „Abbrechen” (13), um den Toastvor- gang abzubrechen. Der Starthebel (2) springt zurück in die obere Position. Die Kontrollleuchte „Toasten” (12) erlischt. Gefrorenes Brot toasten Starten Sie den Toastvorgang wie im Kapitel Toasten beschrieben. Drücken Sie zusätzlich die Taste „Auftauen” (11). Die Kontrollleuchte „Auftauen” (10) leuchtet. Nach Beendigung des Toastvorganges erlischt die Kontrollleuchte „Auftauen” (10).
Bedienung Bagels toasten DE Bagels können wie Toastbrotscheiben im Toastschlitz (3) gebräunt oder mit Hilfe des Brötchenaufsatzes (6) erwärmt werden. HINWEIS ►► Abhängig vom Anbieter haben Bagels eine unterschiedliche Dicke und passen deshalb eventuell nicht in den Toastschlitz. Schneiden Sie den Bagel in diesem Fall in zwei Hälften oder verwenden Sie den Brötchenaufsatz (6), um den gesamten Bagel zu erwärmen.
Bedienung Brötchenaufsatz verwenden DE Klappen Sie die beiden Haltebügel des Brötchenaufsatzes (6) auseinander und setzen Sie den Brötchenaufsatz auf das Gerät auf. Legen Sie max. zwei Brötchen auf den Brötchenaufsatz. Stellen Sie durch Drehen des Drehreglers (14) den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad ein. HINWEIS ►► Wählen Sie einen Bräunungsgrad im unteren bis mittleren Bereich. Drücken Sie den Starthebel (2) nach unten, bis er einrastet. Der Toastvorgang startet automatisch.

Sicherheitshinweise WARNUNG Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen: ►► Schalten Sie vor der Reinigung das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. ►► Warten Sie, bis das Gerät abgekühlt ist, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen.
Reinigung und Pflege Reinigung DE Gehäuse Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie Spülmittel, um stärkere Verschmutzungen zu entfernen. Krümelauffangblech Ziehen Sie das Krümelauffang- blech (4) aus dem Gerät, entleeren Sie es und wischen Sie es mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Lassen Sie das Krümelauffang- 4 blech vollständig trocknen und schieben Sie es wieder in das Gerät.

Startup Disposing of the packaging The packaging protects the appliance against damage during transit. Startup Electrical connection For safe and trouble-free operation of the appliance, the following instructions must be observed for the electrical connection: EN ■■ Before connecting the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with those of your mains power supply. Switch on the toasting function of the appliance 3 to 4 times without bread and set to maximum browning level.
Operation Operation This section contains important information on the operation of the appliance. EN Safety instructions WARNING Danger of burning! Hot steam may escape during operation and parts of the appliance become very hot. Observe the following safety precautions to avoid burning yourself. ►► Do not touch the hot surfaces during operation. ►► Do not cover the toasting slot.
Operation Toasting EN Insert one or two slices of bread into the toaster slot (3). Turn the rotary knob (14) to the desired browning level. NOTE ►► Level 1: lowest browning level. ►► Level 7: highest browning level. Press down the lifting lever (2) until it locks. Toasting will start automatically. The "Toasting" indicator lamp (12) lights up. NOTE ►► The lifting lever only locks at the bottom when the appliance is connected to the mains.
Operation Canceling the toasting process Press the "Cancel" button (13) to stop the toasting process. EN The lifting mechanism (2) returns to the upper position. The "Toasting" indicator lamp (12) extinguishes. Toasting frozen bread Begin toasting as described in the section Toasting. Also press the "Defrost" button (11). The "Defrost" indicator lamp (10) lights up. After toasting is completed, the "Defrost" indicator lamp (10) extinguishes.
Operation Toasting bagels Bagels can be browned in the toaster slots (3) in the same way as bread slices or warmed up with the help of the bun rack (6). EN NOTE ►► Depending on the supplier, bagels have different thicknesses and may not always fit into the toaster slot. In this case, cut the bagel into two halves or use the bun rack (6) to warm up the whole bagel.
Operation Using the bun rack Unfold both handles on the bun EN rack (6) and then fit the bun rack onto the appliance. Place a maximum of two buns onto the bun rack. Turn the rotary knob (14) to the desired browning level. NOTE ►► Choose a browning level between the lowest and middle levels. Press down the lifting lever (2) until it locks. Toasting will start automatically. The "Toasting" indicator lamp (12) lights up.
Cleaning and care Cleaning and care This section contains important information on cleaning and care of the appliance. EN Safety instructions WARNING Observe the following safety precautions before starting to clean the appliance: ►► Switch off the appliance and pull the plug out of the mains socket before starting cleaning. ►► Wait until the appliance has cooled down before you start to clean it. ►► Never immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids.
Cleaning and care Cleaning Housing EN Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Use washing-up liquid to remove any stubborn stains. Crumb tray Pull the crumb tray (4) out of the appliance, empty it and wipe it with a damp cloth. Allow the crumb try to dry com- pletely and push it back into the appliance. 4 Care of stainless steel parts We recommend using INOX-METAL-POLISH from Beem for regular care and the removal of difficult stains from stainless steel surfaces.

Mise en service Elimination de l'emballage L'emballage protège l'appareil contre les dommages dus au transport. Les matériaux d'emballage sont sélectionnés selon des aspects écologiques et techniques d'élimination, c'est pourquoi ils sont recyclables. FR La remise en circulation de l'emballage dans le circuit de recyclage de matériaux économise des matières premières et réduit la production de déchets. Eliminez les matériaux d'emballage non nécessités conformément aux directives locales en vigueur.
Mise en service Branchement électrique Afin que l'appareil fonctionne de manière sûre et sans défaut, il convient de respecter les consignes suivantes lors du branchement électrique : FR ■■ Avant de brancher l'appareil, comparez les données de branchement (tension et fréquence) sur la plaque signalétique avec celles de votre réseau électrique. Utilisation Utilisation Ce chapitre vous fournit des indications importantes pour l'utilisation de l'appareil. FR Consignes de sécurité AVERTISSEMENT Risques de brûlure ! Pendant le fonctionnement, de la vapeur très chaude peut sortir de l'appareil et certaines parties de l'appareil deviennent très chaudes. Pour ne pas risquer de vous brûler, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité suivantes. ►► Pendant le fonctionnement, ne touchez pas les surfaces très chaudes.
Utilisation Griller du pain FR Insérez une ou deux tranches de pain dans la fente du grille- pain (3). Tournez le sélecteur rotatif (14) pour le régler le degré de brunissage souhaité. INDICATION ►► Niveau 1: degré de brunissage minimum ►► Niveau 7: degré de brunissage maximum Abaissez le levier de démarrage (2) jusqu'à ce qu'il reste bloqué. Le grillage démarre automatiquement. Le voyant de contrôle "Grillage" (12) s'allume.
Utilisation Interrompre le processus de grillage Appuyez sur la touche „Interrompre” (13) pour interrompre le processus de grillage. Le levier de démarrage (2) se remet en position supérieure. Le voyant de contrôle "Grillage" (12) s'éteint. FR Griller du pain congelé Démarrez le grillage de la manière décrite au chapitre Griller du pain. Appuyez en plus sur la touche "Décongélation" (11). Le voyant de contrôle "Décongeler" (10) s'allume.
Utilisation Griller des bagels Vous pouvez faire brunir les bagels comme des tranches de toast dans la fente du grille-pain (3) ou à l'aide du support à petits pains (6). FR INDICATION ►► Le bagels des différents offrants peuvent avoir une épaisseur différente et ne se laissent éventuellement pas insérer dans la fente du grille-pain. Dans ce cas, coupez le bagel en deux moitiés ou utilisez le support à petits pains (6) pour réchauffer le bagel entier.
Utilisation Utiliser le support à petits pains Dépliez les deux étriers de fixation du support à petits pains (6) et posez le support sur l'appareil. FR Mettez au maximum deux petits pains sur le support. Tournez le sélecteur rotatif (14) pour le régler le degré de brunissage souhaité. INDICATION ►► Sélectionnez un degré de brunissage dans le domaine inférieur à moyen. Abaissez le levier de démarrage (2) jusqu'à ce qu'il reste bloqué. Le grillage démarre automatiquement.
Nettoyage et entretien Nettoyage et entretien Ce chapitre vous fournit des indications importantes pour le nettoyage et l'entretien de l'appareil. FR Consignes de sécurité AVERTISSEMENT Avant de commencer le nettoyage, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité suivantes : ►► Avant le nettoyage, arrêtez l'appareil et débranchez la fiche de la prise. ►► Attendez jusqu'à ce que l'appareil soit refroidi avant de commencer le nettoyage.
Nettoyage et entretien Nettoyage Boîtier Nettoyez le boîtier avec un chiffon humide. Utilisez du produit à vaisselle pour éliminer les salissures plus tenaces. FR Plaque ramasse-miettes Retirer la plaque ramasse- miettes (4) de l'appareil, videz-la et essuyez-la avec un chiffon humide. Laissez sécher complètement la plaque ramasse-miettes et réinsérez-la dans l'appareil.
Dépannage Dépannage Consignes de sécurité Danger FR Danger de mort causé par le courant électrique ! ►► Débranchez la fiche réseau de la prise avant de commencer le dépannage. Indications relatives au rangement / élimination Indications relatives au rangement / élimination Rangement Si vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil pendant une période prolongée, videz-le et nettoyez-le de la manière décrite au chapitre Nettoyage et entretien. Rangez l'appareil et tous les accessoires dans un endroit sec, propre et à l'abri du gel, où il ne sera pas exposé directement aux rayons du soleil.

Lees de hier vermelde informatie door om snel met het apparaat vertrouwd te raken en de functies onbeperkt te kunnen gebruiken. NL Dit apparaat zal u jaren van dienst zijn, wanneer u het correct behandelt en verzorgt. Wij wensen u veel plezier bij het gebruik.
Informatie bij deze gebruiksaanwijzing Waarschuwingen In deze gebruiksaanwijzing worden de volgende waarschuwingen gebruikt: Gevaar Een waarschuwing die op deze manier is gekenmerkt wijst op een dreigende gevaarlijke situatie. Indien de gevaarlijke situatie niet wordt vermeden, kan dit tot ernstige letsels of de dood leiden. ►► Volg de instructies in deze waarschuwing op om levensgevaar of ernstig persoonlijk letsel te voorkomen.
Informatie bij deze gebruiksaanwijzing Gebruik volgens de voorschriften Dit apparaat is vooral voor niet-commercieel gebruik in gesloten ruimtes voor het roosteren van sneetjes brood, bagels of broodjes bedoeld. Een ander of daar bovenuit gaand gebruik geldt als niet volgens voorschrift. NL WAARSCHUWING Gevaar door gebruik in strijd met de voorschriften! In geval van gebruik in strijd met de voorschriften en/of ander gebruik kunnen van het apparaat gevaren uitgaan.
Veiligheid Veiligheid Dit apparaat voldoet aan de voorgeschreven veiligheidsbepalingen. Gebruik in strijd met de voorschriften kan echter persoonlijk letsel of materiële schade veroorzaken. Neem voor een veilig gebruik van het apparaat de volgende principiële veiligheidsinstructies en de in de afzonderlijke hoofdstukken apart vermelde instructies in acht. NL Principiële veiligheidsinstructies ■■ Controleer het apparaat vóór gebruik op van buiten zichtbare schade.
Veiligheid Gevaar door elektrische stroom Gevaar Levensgevaar door elektrische stroom! Bij contact met onder spanning staande kabels of onderdelen heerst levensgevaar! Neem de volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht om gevaar door elektrische stroom te vermijden: ►► Gebruik het apparaat niet, wanneer de aansluitkabel of de stekker beschadigd zijn. ►► Open in geen geval de behuizing van het apparaat.
Inbedrijfstelling Inbedrijfstelling Veiligheidsinstructies WAARSCHUWING Bij de inbedrijfstelling van het apparaat kan er persoonlijk letsel of materiële schade optreden! Neem de volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht om gevaar te vermijden: ►► Verpakkingsmateriaal mag niet als speelgoed worden gebruikt. Er heerst gevaar voor verstikking. ►► Neem de opmerkingen bij de eisen aan de opstelplaats en de elektrische aansluiting van het apparaat in acht om persoonlijk letsel en materiële schade te vermijden.
Inbedrijfstelling Verpakking wegdoen De verpakking beschermt het apparaat tegen transportschade. De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn met het oog op milieu en afvalverwijdering gekozen en daarom recyclebaar. Het teruggeven van de verpakking in de materiaalkringloop bespaart grondstoffen en vermindert de afvalhoeveelheid. Doe niet meer benodigd verpakkingsmateriaal volgens de plaatselijk geldige bepalingen weg.
Inbedrijfstelling Elektrische aansluiting Voor een veilige en feilloze werking van het apparaat moeten bij de elektrische aansluiting de volgende instructies in acht worden genomen: ■■ Vergelijk vóór het aansluiten van het apparaat de aansluitgegevens (spanning en frequentie) op het typeplaatje met die van uw elektrische voorziening. Deze gegevens moeten overeenstemmen, zodat er geen schade aan het apparaat kan optreden. Vraag in geval van twijfel uw handelaar.

Schakel het apparaat 3 tot 4 keer met de hoogste trap zonder brood in. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
Bediening Bediening In dit hoofdstuk staan belangrijke instructies voor de bediening van het apparaat. Veiligheidsinstructies NL WAARSCHUWING Verbrandingsgevaar! Tijdens de werking kan er hete stoom ontsnappen en delen van het apparaat worden erg heet. Neem de volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht om zich niet te branden: ►► Raak tijdens de werking de hete oppervlakken niet aan. ►► Dek de roostersleuf niet af.
Bediening Roosteren NL Doe één of twee sneetjes brood in de roostersleuf (3). Stel met de draaiknop (14) de gewenste bruiningsgraad in. OPMERKING ►► Trap 1: laagste bruiningsgraad. ►► Trap 7: hoogste bruiningsgraad. Druk de starthendel (2) omlaag tot hij vastklikt. De roosterprocedure start automatisch. Het controlelampje "Roosteren" (12) brandt. OPMERKING ►► De starthendel klikt alleen vast in de onderste stand als het apparaat aan het spanningsnet is aangesloten.
Bediening Roosterprocedure onderbreken Druk op de toets "Onderbreken" (13) om de roosterproce- dure te onderbreken. De starthendel (2) springt terug naar de bovenste stand. Het controlelampje "Roosteren" (12) dooft. Bevroren brood roosteren NL Start de roosterprocedure als beschreven in het hoofdstuk Roosteren. Druk bovendien op de toets "Ontdooien" (11). Het controlelampje "Ontdooien" (10) brandt. Na afloop van de roosterprocedure dooft het controlelampje "Ontdooien" (10).
Bediening Bagels roosteren Bagels kunnen net als sneetjes brood in de roostersleuf (3) worden geroosterd of met het opzetrekje (6) worden warmgemaakt. NL OPMERKING ►► Afhankelijk van de producent zijn bagels verschillend dik en passen misschien niet in de roostersleuven. Snijd in dat geval de bagel in twee helften of gebruik het opzetrekje (6) om de hele bagel warm te maken.
Bediening Opzetrekje broodjes gebruiken Klap de twee beugels van het opzetrekje (6) uit elkaar en plaats het opzetrekje op het apparaat. NL Leg hooguit twee broodjes op het opzetrekje. Stel met de draaiknop (14) de gewenste bruiningsgraad in. OPMERKING ►► Kies een bruiningsgraad in het onderste tot middelste gedeelte. Druk de starthendel (2) omlaag tot hij vastklikt. De roosterprocedure start automatisch. Het controlelampje "Roosteren" (12) brandt.
Reiniging en verzorging Reiniging en verzorging In dit hoofdstuk staan belangrijke instructies voor de reiniging en verzorging van het apparaat. Veiligheidsinstructies NL WAARSCHUWING Neem de volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht, voordat u met de reiniging begint: ►► Schakel het apparaat vóór het schoonmaken uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. ►► Wacht tot het apparaat is afgekoeld voordat u met het schoonmaken begint.
Reiniging en verzorging Reiniging Huis Veeg het huis met een vochtige doek af. Gebruik afwasmiddel om sterke vervuilingen te verwijderen. NL Kruimelopvangplaat Trek de kruimelopvangplaat (4) uit het apparaat, maak hem leeg en veeg hem met een vochtige doek af. Laat de kruimelopvangplaat helemaal drogen en schuif hem vervolgens weer in het apparaat.
Verhelpen van storingen Verhelpen van storingen Veiligheidsinstructies Gevaar Levensgevaar door elektrische stroom! ►► Schakel het apparaat uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u met het verhelpen van storingen begint. NL WAARSCHUWING Gevaar door ondeskundige reparaties! Door ondeskundige reparaties kunnen er aanzienlijke gevaren voor de gebruiker en schade aan het apparaat ontstaan.
Instructies voor opslag/afvalverwijdering Instructies voor opslag/afvalverwijdering Opslag Wanneer u het apparaat gedurende een langere periode niet nodig heeft, maak het dan leeg en reinig het als beschreven in het hoofdstuk Reiniging en verzorging. NL Afvalverwijdering Dit product mag binnen de Europese Unie niet als huisvuil worden weggedaan. Doe het apparaat volgens de EG richtlijn 2002/96/EG-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) weg.

Bijlage Garantie, service en reparaties Dit is een kwaliteitsproduct van BEEM en is volgens de nieuwste productiemethodes vervaardigd. Wij staan borg voor de foutloze hoedanigheid van dit kwaliteitsproduct. Tijdens de garantieperiode verhelpen wij gratis alle materiaal- of fabricagefouten. NL Voor dit product bedraagt de garantieperiode 2 jaar.
Bijlage Mochten er tegen de verwachting in tekortkomingen blijken, probeer dit dan eerst telefonisch op te lossen. Wanneer dit niet lukt dient u het artikel naar uw handelaar of naar het hierna vermelde adres van de klantenservice te zenden. Geef hierbij uw volledige adres, het type en het modelnummer alsmede het serienummer van het apparaat aan. Deze staan op het typeplaatje van het apparaat. Beschrijf zo uitvoerig mogelijk de opgetreden tekortkoming of fout.
